Welcome to Drive4Ward’s e-commerce platform. Our Seller Policy outlines the rules and guidelines for selling products on our website. Please read this policy carefully to understand your responsibilities as a seller and to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved.
1. Seller Account Registration
- Eligibility: To register as a seller, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
- Account Information: Sellers must provide accurate, up-to-date information during the registration process. This includes business name, contact information, and any necessary legal documentation.
- Verification: Drive4Ward reserves the right to verify seller information and may request additional documentation as needed.
2. Product Listings
- Compliance: All products must comply with local and international laws, including safety, labeling, and quality standards.
- Prohibited Products: Listings for counterfeit, illegal, or restricted items are strictly prohibited. Sellers should review our Prohibited Products List for more information.
- Accuracy: Product descriptions, images, and pricing must be accurate and truthful. Misleading or false information is not permitted.
3. Pricing and Payments
- Pricing: Sellers set their own prices, which must be clearly displayed and inclusive of applicable taxes and fees.
- Payments: Drive4Ward processes all payments securely. Seller will process the delivery after the successful payment done by the customer, except the cash on delivery mode.
- Fees: A commission fee is deducted from each sale.
4. Order Fulfillment and Shipping
- Processing Time: Seller must process and deliver the order within the delivery option chosen by the customer.
- Shipping Costs: Sellers are responsible for setting and managing shipping costs, which should be clearly stated in the product listing. Shipping charges are added to the product price for global access.
- Tracking: Providing tracking information to buyers is recommended to ensure transparency. Product tracking is available through this site using the generated order number.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
- Refund & Return Policy: Refunds will be initiated for order cancellations, product delivery issues, or any justified reasons within 21 days after communication and verification with the customers/buyers.
- Refund Policy After Order Receipt: To avoid damage disputes, please record a video while unboxing and share it with us as proof. In such cases, refunds will be processed within 5 working days.
- Cancellation Policy: Free order cancellation is allowed within 24 hours. Cancellations made after 24 hours may incur a 25% fee during refunds. In case of priority delivery free cancelation must be applied within 6 hours from the order placement. Cancellations are not accepted after shipment.
6. Seller Conduct
- Customer Service: Sellers are expected to provide high-quality customer service, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Code of Conduct: Sellers must adhere to Drive4Ward’s code of conduct, which includes maintaining professionalism and respect in all interactions.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
- Violations: Drive4Ward may suspend or terminate seller accounts for violations of this policy or any fraudulent or illegal activities.
- Appeal Process: Suspended sellers may appeal by providing relevant information for review. Contact our support team for assistance.
8. Amendments
- Policy Changes: Drive4Ward may update this Seller Policy at any time. Sellers will be notified of significant changes and should review the policy regularly.
